Mode of payment

The booking of an apartment can be made by:

1) Credit Card:
The only guarantee is your reservation. We don’t require a deposit. Send an e-mail to info@ai2papi.it containing:
- Type, number and expiry date of your credit card
- Name of the holder as shown on the card
- Address and/or e-mail address where to send you documents, and your telephone number
- Date of arrival, length of stay and type of accommodation

The payment of the accommodation will be entirely paid at the check-in once you reach our B&B
WE WON’T DO ANY PREVENTIVE DEBIT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD IN CANCELLATION POLICY.

2) Bank Transfer:
If you don’t want to use your credit card, we require a deposit by bank transfer. Send an e-mail to info@ai2papi.it containing:
- Name of the holder of the reservation
- Address and/or e-mail address where to send you documents, and your telephone number
- Date of arrival, length of stay and type of accommodation
- CRO number of the bank transfer
The settlement will be paid at check-in directly to our accommodation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your reservation within 21 days prior to check-in (before 6 p.m.), by written notice in e-mail: info@ai2papi.it, without deduction of any penalty. In case of no show or no notice of cancellation in booking terms and in the manner provided, will be detained or charged a sum equal to the reservation fee in case of transfer, 30% in case of communication of the credit card datas.
In any case of early departure will be charged the entire stay..

From 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m., with a previous notification of arrival

After 10 p.m. € 20,00 after 22 p.m. € 40,00.
